Jon Delfin, 64, a Manhattan-based musician shared his love for crosswords with NYCityLens in the 42nd annual American Crossword Puzzle Tournament in Stamford, CT. Since 1987, he has participated in 33 tournaments and won seven of them. Even though he is no longer the best solver in the country, the unique subculture of crossword devotees keeps bringing him back to the national crossword competition every year.
