Louboutina, aka Loubie, is a five-year old golden retriever that doles out hugs and handshakes to passersby on the streets in Chelsea and the West Village. Loubie is an Instagram sensation and has been on Good Morning America, The Rachael Ray Show, and various other TV shows and online media. Because of her popularity, people from New York City and around the world come to visit Loubie to get a handshake and hug.
