The Rizek Cacao company is a family-owned business that has been exporting cacao beans from the Dominican Republic for over 100 years. Fifth-generation Nadia Rizek wants to share the potential of Dominican cacao beans and the chocolate flavor with the rest of the world. Last summer she opened Kah Kow U.S.A to showcase the art of making Dominican Chocolate.
