The Dog Days Aren’t Over

As Governor Cuomo extends his shelter-in-place NYC #Pause program and as the mayor closed dog runs in the city’s parks, dogs and dog owners are feeling the cabin fever. New York City is home to over 600,000 dogs, according to the New York City Economic Development Corporation. And if we all know one thing, it’s that a dog cooped indoors is a recipe for disaster.

Two Astoria pet moms, Margot Garnick and Lucia Lopez are dealing with just that, and have had to get creative to keep their dogs, and home, happy.
