James Sanna, entertainment and art entrepreneur, unveiled his latest tourism project, RiseNY, east of Times Square on 45th and Broadway. The installation includes seven art galleries featuring artifacts of the city in the arts and the manufacturing industries, capped off with an indoor ride where visitors have a view of the whole city.
