[caption id="attachment_17829" align="aligncenter" width="927"] An apartment building on the Upper West side was on fire at around 6 p.m. on Friday night (Photo credit: Alexandria Bordas/NY City Lens)[/caption] A fire ripped through three floors of an apartment building situated on top of Jacob's Pickles restaurant on Amsterdam Avenue Friday night.  The fire led to two building-wide evacuations, leaving  residents and employees from the restaurant below standing on the sidewalk between 84th and 85th streets to watch as forces from the fire and police department navigated the scene. A couple walked hurriedly past the police line, dodging water puddles along the way, while
