Anya Chapman covers Manhattan for NY City Lens. She came to the U.S. 13 years ago from Kiev, Ukraine. Anya graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Finance. She worked as a financial analyst for five years for several Fortune 500 companies, before doing her Master's at Columbia School of Journalism. Aside from English, Anya also speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish.
