Joshua Relles teaches surfing to fellow New Yorkers on weekends at Rockaway Beach. The weather does not seem to deter his group of enthusiasts as they head out into the ocean in 30 degrees temperatures. Zipped up in wetsuits to protect them from the freezing water, this group is determined to learn surfing.
